Work With Us
Our 5 Step Process for Working with us
1
Gathering Project Details
To create an accurate quote and begin the design phase, we start by collecting a few key details about your wall, ideas, and overall vision.
2
Quote & Scheduling
Murals are priced per square foot based on design complexity and wall surface. We’re always happy to work within your budget by adjusting scale or complexity as needed.
3
Deposit & Design Phase
A 25% deposit secures your spot on our schedule and kicks off the design work. From there, we create custom concepts and digital mockups so you can visualize the mural on your wall before painting begins.
4
Painting & Installation
We complete the mural on‑site and are flexible with your hours and schedule. Our goal is to work efficiently while maintaining high quality and minimal disruption.
5
Wrap‑Up & Final Payment
After the mural is fully installed, the remaining balance is due.
How We Determine Your Mural Pricing
1. Wall size: The length and width of the space that will have the painted mural. Since some murals are designed with lots of open spaces, we often subtract an estimated percentage of space intentionally left blank. This allowance makes painting a large mural much more affordable.
2. Level of detail: Each mural is unique and complexity ranges from few basic shapes repeated to a more advanced blending and realistic drawing. Most murals contain 5 or fewer paint colors, while other designs require more mixing for more color variety.
3. Design: We love creating designs from scratch which makes for a beautiful custom design, but this takes time. We offer 2 renderings which gives you the option to choose and 1 revision. If there is a need for more renderings or revisions than an extra charge will be applied to the quote.
4. Distance: We are located in Glendora California and if the location is more than an hour drive than a travel surcharge will apply.
5. Other factors: Some walls are more challenging than others so if murals are higher than one story or if the room has complex angles then there will be additional charges.
